What is Pure Cardio Insanity

Target Areas

Insanity is known to provide advanced cardio and core workout. Of course, the main target will be your core as it focuses on your middle section.

Other than your core this workout will also sculpt other parts of your body, leaving no muscles behind. Your core will not the only one burning during this workout.

Your arms will also be targeted as you use them to carry yourself while your body weight will be your resistance. This will sculpt your arms, chest, and shoulders.

Insanity uses plyometrics, a technique that featues hopping and jumping exercises from sports like basketball, skiing, and boxing. These exercises will tone your legs effectively.

Your glutes will also bo toned together with your legs during the workout. Plyometrics is known to strengthen the muscles of your back end.
